Rules for using Tarot Orbits, user accounts, generated interpretations, payments, referral program, and shared links.

Tarot Orbits is a digital entertainment service with gameplay rounds and optional automatically generated interpretation content.
By using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related policies linked on the website and checkout.

You must be at least 14 years old to register and use an account.
If your jurisdiction requires a higher age for digital purchases, that local requirement applies.
Gameplay itself is free.
Interpretations are unlocked via credits: each interpretation consumes 1 credit.
New accounts receive 1 free credit at signup.
Additional credits are sold in packages with discounts shown at checkout and in the billing page.
Credits are a limited digital license for interpretation access inside Tarot Orbits and are not cash, e-money, cryptocurrency, or stored monetary value.
Credits are non-transferable between users and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Purchases may start from a completed round (current round unlock plus remaining package credits) or from wallet top-up (full package credits added to wallet).
Package prices are shown in USD. Taxes, exchange rates, and provider fees may affect the final amount charged by your payment provider.
You may submit topic/subject text and profile context for interpretation generation.
You keep ownership of your content and grant Tarot Orbits a limited license to process it only for service delivery, security, and product improvement.
If you enable sharing, any person with the link can view the shared prediction page.
You can revoke sharing in your account at any time.
Interpretations are generated content and can be inaccurate or incomplete.
Content is for entertainment and self-reflection only, not medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as is" basis.
We may update these Terms. Updated versions become effective upon publication.
Tarot Orbits may provide referral links that attribute eligible paid conversions to a referrer account.
Subject to these Terms and account compliance, we guarantee that eligible available referral commission can be converted into wallet credits at a fixed rate of 1 USD commission (100 cents) to 1 credit.
Conversion is processed only in whole credits. Fractional commission below one full credit remains tracked on the account until enough eligible amount accumulates.
Referral commission is promotional program value and is not a bank deposit, stored monetary value, or automatic cash entitlement.
The Service is not intended for children under 13.
If we learn we collected personal data from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Paid purchases are permitted only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live).
Tarot Orbits, its software, branding, and service content are owned by the operator and protected by applicable law.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service for personal, lawful use.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risks, legal violations, or material Terms breaches.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability is limited to amounts paid for the specific paid credit package purchase giving rise to the claim.
The service depends on third-party providers including Stripe, Supabase, Google, and other technology/hosting providers.
Availability and behavior of third-party services may affect service operation.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
Disputes are subject to exclusive venue in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
