Payment and Refund Policy
Price, digital service delivery conditions, and situations where refunds may be granted.

1. Price and Product
Credits are sold in package bundles (for example 1/3/5/10/50) with package-level discounts.
The purchased product is digital service/content access delivered as credits to your account wallet.
Credits do not expire unless a different term is clearly shown at purchase time.
For purchases started from a completed round, one credit is consumed to unlock the current interpretation request and the remaining package credits are added to your wallet.
For purchases started from wallet top-up, the full package credit amount is added to your wallet.
Promo codes may reduce checkout price but do not increase credited quantity unless explicitly stated at checkout.
2. Delivery and Refund Conditions
- Delivery is complete when payment is confirmed and entitlement delivery succeeds: unlock of the related interpretation request and/or wallet credit posting (depending on purchase flow).
- If payment is captured but delivery fails due to platform error, contact support. We will either deliver the owed entitlement/credits or provide a refund where required by law.
- Refunds may be granted for duplicate technical charges.
- Other legally required refund cases are handled under applicable law.
3. Non-Refund Cases
After digital delivery begins and entitlement/credits are provided, refunds are generally not available unless required by law.
If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or marked fraudulent, related credits and/or access may be revoked and wallet balances may be adjusted accordingly.
4. Account State and Unused Credits
If your account is suspended or terminated for fraud, abuse, or material Terms violations, unused credits may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.
If you request account deletion, access to unused credits ends when deletion is completed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
5. Refund Request
Send requests to support@tarotorbits.com with account email, payment date, and request ID.
Support target response time: up to 5 business days.
6. Referral Commission Conversion and Cash Payouts
Referral commission conversion into wallet credits is governed by the Referral Program terms in the Terms of Service.
For eligible accounts, available referral commission conversion to wallet credits is guaranteed at 1 USD (100 cents) = 1 credit, whole credits only. Fractional remainder stays tracked in the referral balance.
Referral commission does not create an automatic right to cash withdrawal.
Cash payout requests must be pre-approved by the project team via support@tarotorbits.com and handled under a separate written agreement.
Age Requirement for Purchases
Purchases are permitted only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live).
EU/UK Digital Content Notice
Where required by law, by purchasing you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge you may lose applicable withdrawal rights once delivery begins.
